Brookland Fire Protection District proudly protects 4000 people living in an area of 64 square miles. We cover the city of Brookland, Arkansas which has a population of 1400. We operate out of 3 stations that protect a primarily rural area. Our department is a private department whose members are on a volunteer status. Brookland Fire Protection District has 4 Engines, 2 Tankers, 3 Brush Trucks, 2 Service Vans, Disaster Trailer, and a Smoke\Disaster Training Trailer. We began offering a First Responder Service in June 1997.

Congratulations goes out to Chance Simpson, Rob Ingram, and Wayne Reece for their elected positions in the Northeast Arkansas Firefighters Association. Brookland will be well represented.

Air Evac Lifeteam Memberships
Air Evac Lifeteam Memberships are available at a cost of $50 per person, $55 per couple, or $60 per household per year. The average cost of a Air Evac flight for a non-member is $6000. To enroll call 1-800-793-0010 or check out their website through our links section. Also, use BFPD "Get Code" to get the department a $10 per membership commission.
